How should you work together as a team to solve the problem you have for your GALS project?

This module introduces you to teamwork as a key skill that you will develop and build as you work on the GALS project with your team members.

In this module, you will be asked to watch videos to learn more about teamwork, engage in some fun activities, reflect on your own strengths and weaknesses, and apply your newly learned teamwork skills in your GALS project.

Reflection

Use the questions below to reflect on your experience of the Marshmallow Challenge within your breakout room:  

  • How did you approach the problem?

  • What roles did each of you play in this challenge? Such as:

    • Did you lead?

    • Did you take notes?

    • Did you give ideas?

    • Did you do the building?  

After you have finished your reflection, move on to the next video.
